Project Management
Project Management is the process where we work closely with you as the Property Owner to identify and plan out work to be done to your home. In some cases this may be to re-new long needed upgrades or a complete remodel to your home. Our goal is to achieve market rent, or to sale your property at an optimum price.
We execute our plan by deciding what needs to be done, which company will perform the work and how it will be properly executed. While supervising the entire process we can come together with Licensed Contractors to complete the desired work.
